Weight loss is a symptom of hiv but not within 13 days this happens. Its juat because of your worry or some other reason. Hiv cant produce symptoms in these early days. Symptoms of hiv are persistent fever, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, weaknesses, lymphadenopathy frequent infection etc. still go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure to ensure that you are safe.
