Is it safe to work out in gym during menstrual periods ?

Hi... i am 29,female, i have a 3yr old baby boy...i would like to ask u if i go to gym and work out during my menstruation period will it effect any kind of problem such as getting problem to get pregnant again...? or gym makes more easier to concieve a baby...? please do reply me i am planning to get pregnant again...

hi welcome to health care magic.see you can do light exercise in gym otherwise it may leads to heavy flow which will make you feel sick.otherwise it not produse any kind of problem in getting if possible avoid gym during your periods.

Hi,thanks for query.Please do not worry.You will not have any problems in getting pregnant again.To go for exercise during periods is your personal choice,you may feel weak during these days,if you are fine with it and do not have any problem there are no can continue.bye wishing you good health.
