Is It Safe To Take Plan B With Hormonal Birth Control Pill?

hi about 4 days ago I took the plan b one step pill because my boyfriend was worried about me getting pregnant but I was already on hormonal birth control pills. was it safe to have taken that with my regular birth control? and how long will this delay my period for?

Yes and possibly yes. Plan B is safe, very safe which is why it is available over the counter. It is unecessary if you are taking your birth control pills regularly; one a day about the same time every day.Plan B may cause a small delay in your menses, and if you periods are very light, you may not bleed at all. That is OK. It doesn't mean pregnancy or that you pills aren't working. I hope this helps.
