Is It Safe To Take Paracetamol For Fever During Pregnancy?

Good Morning, Below is my pregnancy details. Please help as I am suffering from fever. My last menstrual period was 21.05.14 Strip resulted in Positive. My name is MANVI AGE 33 Weight 76.9 KGS taken two days before ie.. first gyne meet. I am having fever between 99-100.3 for last 2 days. My Gyne have given me below prescription XYKAA 650 RAPID 4 times a day. Nosic 2 tabs at night before sleep Yesterday she added CEFTUM 500 Two times a day. This is second time I am pregnant. I have a daughter 6 years old. I am married 7 years. No DNC, No washouts etc during this period. My daughter was caeserian. PROBLEM I AM FACING RIGHT NOW Bodyache, fatique, Vomiting (few), Fever between 98.6 to 100.3. I have read on internet that consumption of paracetamol during first trimester is not good. Please clear my viewpoint. I am worried. Should I stop taking PARACETAMOL ? Please reply soon. Regards,Manvi Babuta

Thanks for posting your query .

Paracetamol is a safe drug in pregnancy . Use can use it without any fear .

You are having some infection and it needs to be diagnosed . I advise you to get these test done and revert back .

CBC, IgM typhi dot , Smear for Malaria , Urine routine .
