I keep getting pains in my knees and joints. I am 61yrs old. I work part time in a college and keep physically active with housework and a walk on alternate days, I take nucoxia 90 to alleviate pain when it becomes intolerable. Please guide if it is alright to take this pill?

Hello,

As most pills are used as a supplement for the pain and inflammation. But exercise is very important to maintain the joint space and improve the muscle strength.

If left untreated with exercise than there will be a chance of the pain to return.

I will advise you to do regular exercises like - static quadriceps, static hamstring, straight leg raise, core stability.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
