Hello, I do appreciate your concern regarding to your girlfriend health. You reported some hormones that result to be out of normal ranges, it may happen that the high TSH level, so the under active thyroid may be the cause of all this hormone imbalance. High TSH lvel may the cause for high prolactine and high testosterone level, anyway it is not excluded that three different pathologies may be coexisting. After a careful clinical evaluation and depending on results of the laboratorical and probably radiological exams, the treating physician will decide rather to treat only TSH at first or prolactine and testosterone too. Hope the information is helpful and do not hesitate to ask if you will need more suggestions. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
