Is It Safe To Take Cold And Fever Medicines And Folic Acid Together During Pregnancy?

am 10weeks pregnant,suffering frm cold,throat problem,mild fever and major headache,last nite took Dolo500mg.Now physician prescribed Cefolac200,Pacimol250,Allegra30.Daily pregnancy tabs folic acid &gestasure200 are also cntinuing..is it safe take altogether al medicines,kindly advise

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cefolac is cefixime which is an antibiotic.
Pacimol is paracetamol.
Alleges 30 is fexofenadine.
All these drugs are safe in pregnancy.
They can be given with folic acid tablet and with gestasure which is a progesterone.
