i am a triathlete, male, almost 49, does about 5 to 7 workouts a week; resting heart rate between 36 and 42. I usually take an Advil a day when I am training hard and have muscle fatigue/soreness... for a few weeks at a time, a few weeks off and then back on Advil again... a cycle.
Recently, I discovered Voltfast 50MG powder and it is WAY more effective in relieving pain/soreness. Is it safe to take daily instead of an Advil/Asprin... ?
