Is It Safe To Give Both Calpol And Meftal At The Same Time?

I have a 3 yr daughter. She is having fever(38.4degree). Doctor told me to give meftal every 7hrs and calpol every 4 hrs. 2 o clock i gave her meftal and 5 o clock calpol.at 9 o clock I gave her both calpol and meftal.
Is it ok to give both medicine same time.plz reply me.

Give her enough water and keep her well hydrated.
