Is It Possible To Have Brain Injury From ICD Fires?

When my dad s ICD fires he states he feels like his head exploded . He does not feel pain in his chest. He thinks that he has a brain injury from this. Is this possible? He is 85 yo, 165 lbs, and has had his ICD for 4 years for CHF. No other health problems.

Dear sir

It is less likely possible to have brain injury due to ICD fires.. you needs to investigate further for other reasons.

Thanks
