Is It Perimenopause If Having Fluttering In Heart And Skipping Heart Beat At Night?

Hi, I think I am in perimenopause and when I get in bed at night sometimes I m aware of my heartbeat and sometimes it feels like fluttering or skipping a beat. I suffer from panic and anxiety disorder so I was just wondering if my symptoms I should be concerned about or are they benign. I live a very stressful life and I worry about everything. Thank you, Linda
