Is It Ok To Have Watery To Blackish Stool For 39 Weeks Pregnant?

I'm 39 1/2 weeks pregnant and have been getting diarrhea which is very watery and a blackish colour, really bad gas and eggy burps I'm also on iron tablets. I've been having alot of tightening in my belly lately also and some lower back pain with alot of pressure on my bladder, is this normal for end of pregnancy?

You have to consult your obg immediately because diarrhoea which produce severe contraction may cause foetal distress.
you need antibiotics and iv fluids for rehydration.dont ignore it.
