Is It Lymph Node Behind The Ear ? Please Give Your Suggestion

I think I got something swollen behind my left ear. It is near the same level of my earlobe. It came quite sudden. Maybe it's the lymph node. But could it be something else?

Hey.. I had one tiny nodular swelling behind the ear.. I initially thought it was something like an insect bite.. It later became red and then some pain developed. But gradually subsided in 2 days time. It was similar to the pimples I had.  Can pimples or pimple like  nodules develop behind the ear.  I never had a pimple earlier....
