Taking emergency contraceptive pill like plan-B is fine when you have to use it once in a while but if you are sexually active & need contraception almost regulary you should use the regular pill as suggested by your Gynaec doctor.Since you are due for an appointment with a doctor if you need you can use it but always remember such irregular use of emergency contraceptive pill will disturb your menstrual cycle.
Take care.
