Is Injection Or Prostar Tablet Better For Prostrate Inflammation?

Hi, thank you doctor to help us. I have inflammation of the prostate since thirty years ago , since 15 years age i have. What about injection medicine and new tablet medicine (Prostar ).

Please your advice a doctor.
What is best for me, injection or Prostar tablet? to get fast and good result.

Hi,
Any inflammation do not last for so long,

If your your having problem urinating,

Then your ultrasound abdomen. And pelvis,prostate weight prevoid post void needs to be checked,
along with clinical examination needs to be correlated,
And if needed PSA would be needed,

whatever problem your having needs to be evaluated,
Then only prescribing any newer drug for prostate can considered,

Visit a urologist as they are expert and get their opinion,
