Suggest Remedy For Eye Inflammation

hi I am suffering from eye inflammation and doctor suggested me to have wyosolone 60 mg along with the eye drops to reduce the totally taking the redness out... but 60 mg tablet is not available for the same in the market can i take 6 tablet of 10 mg each

Wysolone is asteroid. It is not required in inflammation. Only 5mg tablet are available. I think you can avoid wysolone and use only antibiotic drop. Maintain hy gin.
