Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day,
It is extremely important to increase the dose of Thyroxine in pregnancy. You should try to keep the TSH level 2.5 during first three months and 3 during rest of pregnancy. This is beneficial for the baby's brain and other growth. It is very safe in pregnancy. Do a TSH test now and if that is > 2.5, then please increase the dose to 75 mcg as soon as possible and get a TSH test done after 4 weeks
