Is High Prolactin Causing Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

i just found out i have high prolactin at level 32. my husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for a yr now with no luck. i have had a light period for the last 3 months but this month it didnt come. i am a week late and feel nauseous and tired and feel like cramping but do not start my period. my breasts have the same sensation i got when i breast fed my son like filling up with milk and VERY tender! i took 2 at home pregnancy tests that came back neg ... does it sound like pregnancy or high prolactin symptoms????

Hi dear., I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods, tender and engorgement of breasts can be due to pregnancy or hyperprolactemia.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then pregnancy is ruled out.
It is most likely due to increased prolactin levels.
