Hi my name is kylie and i have been on tramadol for 15 years for back pain. I have a dry mounth and vaginal dryness. I am 42 years old but have had this for most of the 15 years i have been on tramadol. Is this a side effect and what can i do amount it

hello kylie,, thanks for conslting hcm.long term usage of this drug has this dry moth and vaginal dryness which u have.. either go for alternate drug for back pain.. or use saliva substitues like artificial saliva for dry mouth,, lubricants for vaginal dryness.. so plz consult for alternate drug with ur doctor... hope it helps...
