I am 58 in menopause stopped taking my hormones around the beginning of the year. Was tested around a week ago on my hormones and found out that my estrogen is 200 is that ok? Also forgot to mention that I was taking progesterone and testosterone only. Was recommended not to take estrogen since cancer runs in my family. I have been cramping lately, tired, headaches , cold and hot , insomnia.
