Hello dear....
The most effective treatment, although not the most practical one, is to discontinue use of diapers, allowing the affected skin to air out. Thorough drying of the skin before diapering is a good preventive measure because it is the excess moisture, either from urine and feces or from sweating, that sets the conditions for a diaper rash to occur. Various moisture-absorbing powders, such as talcum or starch, reduce moisture but may introduce other complications. If the rash persist you can use clotrimazole & at the same time you should add a mild corticosteroid cream like hydrocortisone cream.I would also suggest to kindly refer a paediatrician for better clinical evaluation & inspection of the rash.

Thanks & Regards
