Is Chest Pain And Numbness Normal?

Lastnight my mother 62 a smoker had chest pain numbness in her right arm blood pressure 180/120 and resting heart rate of 111. She took a few aspirin which helped. Her symptoms as of this morning have mostly gone away. Should she go to the emergency room at this point. She is stubborn.

Thanks for contacting HCM. Your mother needs to go to emergency room immediately. Her Blood pressure is way too high and needs emergency management. This high Blood pressure can lead heart attack or brain hemorrhage.
If fact she could be having a heart attack at this moment. place sorbitrate tablet under her tongue and shift to emergency room making sure that she doesn't exert. Regards
