Is anything wrong if I don't get periods for 2 months ?

I m extremely irregular and it has been 2 months since my last menstrual period . However, for the past few weeks I look and feel bloated and get cramps. Today I ve been having horrible cramps continually as if I did have my cycle. Only there is no blood . I m 18 and not sexually active. Is something wrongs?

hi,thanks for query.Apart from irregular periods you seems to have some stomach issues also.At times due to food or water born infection this can happen.It is advisable that you please see your primary care physician and get properly investigated and treated.Take light diet in mean time,with more of liquids and avoid junk food and high fat diet.Take antacids for relief and see your doctor.
