Is A Rebounder Safe To Use Post A Periformis Problem?

I bought a small rebounder and almost instantly suffered sciatic pain such as I never had before - my whole right cheek (buttocks) is in pain. Hi,

Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, YES. The site of pain is direclty where the rebounder hits. the symptoms are directly what the pyriformis syndrome would do and the pyriformis is going to be whacked on by this sort of exercise.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
