Is Ibuprofen Safe For A Child?

Hi my name is keith and I just recieve this prescription from my son Pediatrician and I was sure if I should give it to him it is IBUPROFEN 100 MG/5 ML susp and I was reading some of the warning infomation which state that if my son had asthma I shouldn t give it to him. I m not sure if I should give it to him or not he is oly 2 years old

Ibuprofen in therapeutic doses (10 mg/kg body weight) is safe for the baby.
If indicated you can give it.
If you still have doubt you may give paracetamol in place of Ibuprofen.
