Is Aspirin 75 Mg Fixed Strength When Combined With Other Molecules?

Dear Doctor, I have been taking medicines prescribed by my doctor for diabetes and hypertension, and my sugar level and BP level are well under control. Besides, as per my doctor's prescription, I've also been taking Atorvastatin 10 mg once a day for about 5 years, and my cholesterol level is also well under control. Now, my doctor has substituted Atorvastatin 10 mg with a tablet that contains a combination of Atorvastatin and Aspirin (Aztor ASP), but he has not mentioned the strength of each of these medcines in his prescription. The pharmacist, on seeing the prescription, has given me a tablet Aztor ASP, which is said to contain Atorvastatin 10 mg. and Aspirin 75 mg. Kindly let me know, if Aspirin 75 mg is the default strength for the medicine, whether this is the lowest strength of aspirin generally prescribed, and whether there is any urgent need for me to consult my doctor again to find what exactly was the strength he had intended to prescribe for me.
