Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

if the ultrasound of abdomen has ruled out hydronephrosis or other anatomical abnormality and also vcug has ruled out vesico Ureteric reflux, one of the possibility of recurrent uti is constipation.
Constipation is either alteration in consistency or frequency of stool.
Would suggest you to consult Pediatric Surgeon for further assessment.

Take care
