Irregular Periods, Gained Weight, Good Diet, Stress. Suggestion?

I'm 19, and I started college about a year ago. In that time I've gained about 30 pounds, and my period has fluctuated to the extent of being late for 3 months at one point. I don't stress eat and my diet hasn't really changed. I played it off as stress for a while, but I feel like there be an underlying cause as to why this is all happening.

Hello,
Obesity, hypothyroidism and poly cystic ovarian disease look to be the main culprits for delay in your periods and obesity.
You must consult your doctor and get investigated for above mentioned problems.
Treament would depend upon the diagnosis along with regular aetobic exercises for 1 hour a day along with proper diet control.
Thanks
