I have irregular periods and pelvic pain, stomack bloding just like when i have PMS but it letting for 6 week . today i have transvaginal ultrasound : so my big conser is in this report : the right ovary is mildly prominent. within the right ovary,there is 2.5x3.1x2.2 cm ancechic structure within possible septation.what that means and what i shuld be done ?? then : the left ovary is not clearly identified . what that means ? my mom had ovary cancer in hr early 40 and I am 41.

Your report suggests that there is cyst in right ovary( measuring 2.5X3.1X2.2 cm) with possible septation means it may be complex ovarian cyst.
You need other parameters also like CA125 level in blood as you have family history of ovarian cancer.
You shouldn't be so worried.
Complex cystic ovary may be both benign or malignant.
It has to be confirmed by other parameters also.
You also need follow up ultrasound to see whether size of ovary is increasing or not.
You should consult your doctor.
CT Scan of abdomen may be done if needed.
