Irregular Period, Large Clots, Distended Stomach, Gained Weight. What Is Problem?

I'm nearly 47 years old over the last 8 months my periods have been irregular sometimes only 3 weeks in between or 6 weeks also large clots, however over the last 3 months my stomach is distended and I look 5 months pregnant and I feel full after half a meal has been eaten yet I have gained loads of weight around my middle, and I just don't feel right any clue what's up?
