Irregular period. On cyclo-progynova oral pills. Why acne? What are the side effects?
Hi doctor.I m a female,20 years old.i m having menstrual irregular and i was prescribed with cyclo-progynova. Today its my 8th day taking the oral tablet.My big concern is acne started to develop all around my face. I m wondering how long do i have to wait for the side effects to subside?and does this hormone therapy really works to regulate my menstrual?And can i stop taking the oral tablet immediately and would it cause a dramatic side effects?

It is a disorder of ovary,
It is usually associated with irregular menses and acne.
Yes hormone therapy may work,
as you might be having a hormonal imbalance.
