Having Acne. Side Effects Of Althea?

Hi, i'm esther. they said that taking pills such as althea would have some side effects, and one of those is treating acne problems. I'm currently taking this ryt now but as the days goes by, my face which has no acne before has become filled with a number of acne. could this be one way of detoxification to remove all the wastes that are inside the body?

Hello,

Thanks for writing here.

Aletha contains cyproterone acetate which is antiandrogen.In fact it can be helpful in acne and many dermatologist use routinely this tablet.

Acne flare up which you are getting might be due to other reason and you need to check out that.

You can just apply clindamycin gel over affected area.

thank you for using health care magic,
well althea helps in treating acne problems.. your flare up of acne can be due to some other reason.. consult dermatologist and find out..
you can apply adapalene gel or clindamycin gel on face.. take tablet doxycycline 100 mg once a day for one month ..wash your face thrice a day and remove excess oil.. avoid oily , spicy and fatty food...
avoid pollution..
