Ingrown Hair In Groin Area, Septic Boil, Redness, Swelling. On Klacid XL. Will It Work?
my daughter has what seems like an ingrown hair in her close to her groin that has gone septic - looking alot like a boil now. The whole area is very red,swollen and spreading.It has very hard under the skin too. it is 12 o clock at night and i am worried to leave it till the morning. I have a dose of Klacid XL 500 mg tablets - can i give one to her till i see our doctor in the morning?

It seems that she is having acute folliculitis in her groin.
You can give Klacid tablet if she is adult , one stat if she is not allergic to it.
Give one anti-inflammatory tablet as well.
Consult your doctor in the morning and get examined.
