Hi

You seem to be having a sebaceous cyst.

This is basically a lesion which develops agroun the hair follicle.
This is a harmless lesion otherwise but it can sometimes get infected.
It can be associated with pain, discomfort and discharge.
In such cases, a course of oral antibiotics is required.
In severe cases , if it is associated with recurrent infection then even removal of the entire lesion is required.
For this, you will have to see a nearby dermatologist or a physician.
