Infant Passing Yellow, Sticky And Watery Stools, Taking Sinarest Drops For Cold, Nasal Congestion. Normal?

Hi, My son is six months old.Due to climate chillness my son has developed cold and nasal congestion and i had given him sinarest af drops.But today i found him passing loose stills twice yellow colour watery and sticky.Want to know whether its because of the cold only and shall i wait for three days before taking to doctor.

Thanks for choosing HCM.
You can safely wait for 3-5 days as some babies pass loose stools due to ingestion of the mucus from respiratory tract.If there is high fever & child does not feed & sleep well & irritable then take to your doctor for a check up.
Give ORS-L / Electral to overcome dehydration if any.
