I think i am dehydrated

I think i am dehydrated - my blood pressure 139 over 69 with pulse rate of 104. im 46 yr old female. i m hurting really bad. i ve not been consuming enough fluids on a daily basis i know for sure.

hi welcome to health care magic.see your bp is on normal limit but pluse increases.see you have incomplete history it is not a sign of shuld further chek on ecg,lipid profile,blood sugar.and concern any physician for that.

high,thanks for query.Just having some weakness does not point to dehydration.It could be there but it is not must.Your pulse rate is high ,you might have fever also.Take more of fluids and take light diet and rest.In case of discomfort you can take fever medication after measuring fever.Please measure your blood pressure and pulse rate after couple of hours to have an idea.In case of problem persists and you do not feel comfortable with your self please speak to your doctor.
