Psychiatrist 's  Response
If you are still watching this place, my advice to you is to please go and see a psychiatrist immediately, if the experiences are still persisting.

There are many reasons why you could be experiencing these things and as the medical student above has answered schizophrenia is one but only one of the many reasons.

The most common reason, if this is a experience which is not repeating again and again, and if this is occuring just before or after sleep, is something which occurs in many "normal" people...called hypnogogic or hypnopompic hallucinations...our jargon for these experiences.

Other reasons could be doing illicit drugs like cannabis cocaine etc, going through a severe bereavement (where very near or dear ones have died--though in your case it does not look like it) or having depression or mania or severe stress etc.

Again, the advice is GO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST

First of all, don't listen to the moron before, I mean honestly that is so irresponsible it isn't funny,

As for the the case, I am only a medical student, but I have a medical science degree with honors and some psychology training, so my advice isn't as a medical doctor, (yet)

Anyhow, while the description you have is vague, it sounds quite typical of schizophrenia (Auditory hallucinations etc). The first thing you should do is don't panic, and try to be level headed, try to ignore any thoughts that seem bizarre or illogical,

Another typical symptom is paranoia, you may feel inclined to feel that society or a secret organization is plotting against you, just ignore those feelings as it is the disease talking

Secondly is get yourself in to see a doctor or a counsellor/psychologist as soon as possible, don't worry if you see the wrong type, as they will know who to refer you to

Again don't worry, usually this can be controlled with some simple medication

Good luck and I hope you get well

PS if you are watching me in real time sorry I keep deleting and reposting, I keep noticing little formatting errors :-)
