I Have Pain In My Heart. I Am Afraid Of Dying

Iam afaid of dying.I have a heart Disease and i dont think it will be long.What can i do to help me to overcom I seen my mom die of the same heart disease that iam dying with now.My mom had a bad time and iam so scared to die.The pain the unknow what can i do to help me die with out fear.

You may want to talk with your health care providers about counseling. If I had the same illness, I would take some time to figure out what is important to me for the time I have left and I would go about doing as much as I can towards it. The activities may take my mind off thinking about dying and just thinking about living to accomplish these final goals. I would also seek religious counseling and spend time speaking earnestly with God, the supreme being . My family means a lot to me, so I would try to spend some time with each person. Through pray, supplication and having quality time with my family I think I will begin to be less afraid because I 'm doing what I know I want to do before I die. Also, I believe after death we see those who have passed before us, so I'll look forward to being with my Mom again. i KNOW I did not say this well enough, but I hope you understand the depth of what I'm trying to convey and I hope it helps even if just a tiny bit. I will keep you in my prayers and I pray you find the way. God Bless.

Hi well come to HCM.
simply heart problem does not give any idea to us,about what kind of advise you need.
You have not mentioned about your mother even what kind of heart problem lead to
her death. And problem does not mean immediate death or limitations of heart.With
advancement in medical field people are getting much more help in any heart disease.
So leave the phobia of dying and consult your doctor weather truely you have heart
problem, and if it is what kind of it and let us know it for further guidanse if we can

Thanks for query.
Let me ask one question,has doctor told you that you are going to die ?
Now a days every disease has got treatment and you might have consulted cardiologist and taking treatment of your disease.
You have not mentioned your age,your mother died due to heart disease but you are still young in comparison of age of your mother so will live a long.
If you have any problem,consult cardiologist and take treatment.
Ok and wish you long long comfortable life.
