I have fast heart beat of 100/min, Any suggestions please ?

My hear beat so fast and sometimes I have pain in my heart of left arm (I have this for at least 3 years). I already went to the doctor, did tests and he said the pain is just the muscle, since my heart seams healthy. Have you has similar problem? I don't want to take medicine, I already eat very healthy and exercise 3 times a week (and I'm in my 20s). Any suggestions?

The resting heart rate in adults is 60-90 beats per minute is considered normal and above 100Bpm is considered whenever you record your heart rate, you should be relaxed.
Just tocheck your heart rate during exercise you need to:

1. Stop gradually.
2. Take your pulse for 15 seconds.
3. Multiply this number by 4 to calculate your beats per minute.

If you're just starting out on an exercise program, keep your heart rate at the lower end of your target heart rate zone and gradually work up to a higher intensity level.

*For your chest pain, its important to rule out certain symptoms like- radiation of pain, heart burn or acidity/pain while resting or activity and also consult with some cardiologist for certain tests like ECG And 6 minute walk make some diagnosis.

I suffer from anxiety and panic and my heart rate can get very high (I am 22) I understand how you feel I have had heart rates 140-170 for 2-4 hours at a time and its very scary and uncomfortable. if you are against medication , I would recommend speaking to your doctor again (it cant hurt to make sure your heart is fine) And then I would recommend learning Deep Breathing and Progressive muscle relaxation or Maybe Mediation. These are things you can do yourself to calm and relax your mind and your body Try those links see if they help. And Keep in contact with your doctor. And may I ask if you know how high it has gotten and lasted? (before returning to a normal resting rate) and above all I wish you the best of health
