I Get A Rash Around My Anus. I Have Been Tested For STD And All Came Back Negative. But Why They Still Treated Me With Yeast Infection Medicine ?

About a month or so ago, I started getting red and itchy in my vaginal area. It had a burning sensation as well. I went to the doctor they prescribed me some type of antibiotic for 10 days. 3 days after that I got symptoms of a yeast infection. So I went back they gave me diflucan and monistat 3. I took that and most of the symptoms went away. Now 2 months later I get a rash around my anus and it looks purple around it. I also have a discharge that smells a little funny. And the burning sensation came back but not as bad. i have been tested for stds and all came back negative. Even the last time I went in and they said I had a yeast infection the results came back negative but they still treated me with yeast infection medicine. Can anyone tell me what this is ?

Chronicty of fungal infection is known.so you have to go for long course for cure.
Take local as well as oral medicines .
Keep personal hygiene clean and healthy.this is very important.
You can take antibiotic medicine if super added infection is there.
