I Constantly Feel Tired & Body Weakness, Please Suggest Me

Hello doctor. i constantly feel tired all the time and my body is weak. if im doing a certain job, i can not be fast enough. and sometimes i breath with difficulties and i also tend to forget things easily. so basically, i would say i am weak.
