Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic Forum
Hisutism can be due to a number of causes, mostly hormonal disorders like PCOD, hypothyroidism.
The underlying condition is to be treated , inaddition to hair removal- for which there are temprory and permanent methods.
I am sure your mom must have noticed it, but you need to tell her that , this condition is distressing you, so she would take you to a physician.
ALso you can visit a homeopathic doctor for this problem.
Takecare.

Hi!,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Hirsutism means excess of facial and body hair.It can be idiopathic (i.e. no cause) ,to hormonal(as in PCOD cases) or thyroid cases...rarely it can also be because of some topical creams or oral tablets .Its important to diagnose the cause. It has become a veru common problem in many females now a days,so plz don't worry. The best of the treatment is lasers.Laser hair reduction requires multiple sessions at an interval of say 4-6wks.It is safe an effective...but you should go for it only if you have thick or moderately thick hair.Very fine hair may not show good result.Blonde or gray hair also don't respond to lasers. Kindly let me know where you belong to so that i can suggest you a good laser clinic.
take care,
