I HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY LEFT SIDE LABIA WHENEVER I STAND UP AFTER LYING DOWN ON BED.
I AM MARRIED AND M 9 MONTHS PREGNANT . MY PROBLEM IS THAT, I HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY LEFT SIDE LABIA WHENEVER I STAND UP AFTER LYING DOWN ON BED. BUT AFTER SOMETIME IT BECOMES NORMAL. BUT WHENEVER PAIN OCCURS, ITS SEVERE. I ASKED MY DOC ABOUT THIS, SHE SAID NOT TO STOP URINE OR UREA MORE TIME, WHENEVER YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO GO TO WASHROOM,GO. I FOLLOWED MY DOCS INSTRUCTION BUT NO USE. SO PLS HELP ME OUT.

when i was pregnant and on my last month i felt that alot after i would urinate. it would usualy feel better after i sat down criss cross and also try putting s pillow under ur butt for a while each day..

Look up pelvic floor dysfunction. It can be felt in the fascia(skin tissue) of the pelvic region. See a pelvic floor physiotherapist. They are trained in stretching the perineum before giving birth. she can help you.

Since you have consulted a doctor and the doctor did not find any problem with your labia, that means you do not have any treatable cause for the pain. Best approach is to ignore that feeling and gradually it will disappear completely. Medicine particularly pain killers should be avoided as far as possible and should be used sparingly.
As suggested by your doctor, try not to hold your urine any longer than necessary and maintain good hygiene of the vulval region.
