Hysterectomy, Pain In Back, Butt,around Thighs, Inner Knee Caps, Nerve Damage?

After my hysterectomy my back pain has not ceased, my uterus laid on my back it as not in the usual position. Therefore After the laparscopy for endometriosis , it was later deciced that the pain was still to intense and the utuerus and cervic were taken, kept the ovaries. Ever sice the surgery I have xrteme nerve sensation pain in my back, butt, and fully arounf my thighs and sometimes my inner knee caps. I speculate nerve damage?
