Hunger, Shaking And Then Vomiting, Are These The Symptoms Of Gastritis ?

I am 19 years old, female, and I don t have an eating disorder, but I noticed that frequently, when I get up from sleeping, I wake up hungry, my body is shaking from hunger, but when I eat, after a few minutes I end up vomiting everything that I ate. I have low blood pressure and sometimes low glucose level, so I thought maybe that s the reason for having these problems. My friend also said I might have gastritis . So, help?

Hi,

It seems you have hyperacidity.

-eat nonspicy/non irritant diet .

- Cold milk has good antacid effect

- try tab. Histac 150mg twice a day for5 days (if too much of vomitting, a single tab of Perinorm Can be taken)

You should be alright.

Thanks

Hi! you should understand a few basic things. Firstly breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be taken without fail. Lunch should be between 12 to 2pm.Then evening snacks if you feel hungry and dinner maximum by 9pm,the food should be chewed thoroughly each time.Taking your food at correct time will prevent gastritis. Each meal should be a comlpete one.Take sufficient electral and glucose drinks. This ill keep your BP normal. Take a tablet for dewormation, like Zenteel.
Get well soon and contact for more tips.
