Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your query, it seems that you might be having increased gas production in the stomach, which may be due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

You may take antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 10 mg. Antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice day along with antiamoebic like Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day will help to control the infection.
Probiotic along with digestive enzymes containing pepsin and fungal diastase will have added beneficial effect.

You should take light diet with less spice and oil prepared under hygienic conditions.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1. Avoid spicy/oily foods.
2. Do not miss a meal.
3. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, lentils, cabbage, etc.
4. Do not eat fast and do not talk while eating.
5. Avoid emotional/mental stress.
6. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of pure water daily.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Regards. Thanks.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Hyper acidity or gastritis is the most common feature ,which is responsible for gas formation , indigestion, sore mouth , tight and distension of abdomen.
The main causes are ,
Tension,
fried food ,
Coffee or tea ( excessive),
Sweets ,
stress,
If proper rest is not taken after food,
overeating,
protein and pulses are gas producing food.
Overeating may be responsible for loose stool.
In my opinion please change your eating and you will be alright.
Good luck.
