hi am 26 years old,i have been tyring to get pregnant for over 9months now,so i went to see a specialist.He did a scan and said i have dermodcyst and low rate of egg production.I had a surgery about 3weeks ago and after removing d cyst and drilling of my ovaries and they discovered i have blocked fallopian tubes.what can i do to unblock it and will antiseptic douches and Acupunture,abdominal massage and chinese herbs help?? And i have not seen my period after the surgery for over 3weeks now..
