hi i m a studend studdying cardiology during my studdying i ve seen a special 22 yrs old female she has a vt coused by anemea and by eloctrolite disturbances her heart became aschemic her pp sometimes reaches 75/40 her blood group is AB- , she is defeclty breathing & our doctors are not doing the best for her i ve graduated 3 yrs ago i ve never seen such age for such case her pulse reaches 230 plz what can i do for her she s on inderal now 20mg/3 plz doctors i need your help for humanity

You may try adenosine, amiodarone, procanamide or sotalol tab as antiarrhythmic medication as long as your patient is stable.
