How To Treat White Spots Under Scrotal Sac?

From last 2 or 3 months I had a white spot under my scrotum sac and it itches may be once a day more or less in night or in morning .. but I think its size increased in past few days not sure .. when I use some anti itching cream itching goes, request you to help me out on this

Probably you have developed a fungal infection.
The area of scrotum is bit moist and is prone to develop fungal infection.
It can be easily treated with the use of an antifungal cream.
You can use an over-the-counter anti fungal cream like clotrimazole.
Remember to use the cream for at least one month continuously.
Maintain good personal hygiene.
it's better to meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined.
