How To Treat Urinary Incontinence Problem?

Hello: I am having a very serious incontinence problem. The urine flows at will, day

and night. I have no control. I am 69 Yrs of age male and I had my prostate removed on 1/11/11. There was cancer found in the prostate. I have tried exercising, using the drip pad, the clamp and now I am using the tube attached to

the penis & a tube attached to the bag on the leg. I want to be referred to a specialist urologist with incontinence. I live in Mpls, Mn and Dr. Neil M. Skemp was

the surgeon. Thanks, YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The issue seems to be from the malignant involvement of internal sphincter or other neurological issues.

I would recommend consulting a physician with all reports of radiology, operation theater notes to study the case in depth and guide in accordance with that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
